Before the age of 20, Clancy Sherwood was breaking records at global leader, Kubota. With his career firmly on the upswing, he made a move that surprised everyone. He traded it all for Southern Belize, where he built a thriving life from scratch, channeling that same drive for sales and community into everything he does.

Clancy has personally navigated the process of buying and building in Belize and as co-owner of Scallywag Golf Cart Rental in Hopkins, he has run a thriving business in the region. He doesn't just know the market, he understands the system, the culture, the hurdles and exactly how to work through them. An avid fisherman and diver, Clancy is as at home on the water. Colleagues have joked "It's unfair to the fish for Clancy to be there!"

That deep connection to the land, the sea and the community in Belize is what makes him more than a realtor. As one of the most active agents in Southern Belize, he's a trusted guide who listens, understands and works tirelessly to match every client to their dreams.

The creative force making sure every first impression becomes a lasting one. Victoria began her career at 19 on the marketing team at Disney, and went on to work alongside NASA, Dell and ESPN, institutions that don't settle for ordinary. Neither does she.
